do you like to drink tea? i love tea. i prefer milk-free tea.
teh o kalau dalam bahasa melayunya. i enjoy holding the warm mug of tea and smelling the aroma and sip it slowly. heaven! it gives me calmness, happiness, cheerfulness etc. for the time being, i'm into flavoured tea - lemon tea. i've tried other flavours as well; strawberry, chamomile, grape, peach, blackberry and raspberry to name a few. each of them will give you different beautiful feeling. drinking tea reminds me one of my best mate back in usm, atai. she loves tea too. we often prepared tea for one another. enjoy tea in the evening while listening to the slow music and revising our notes. heaven
lagi!
dah macam orang tua sahaja =p. hey, drinking tea is much better than those soft drinks. it is already proven scientifically that tea brings health benefits to human being. below, i share some.
bone protectorapart from the milk added into the tea, a study had proven that people who drank tea for more than 10 years has the strongest bones even after adjusting for age, body weight, exercise, smoking and other risk factors. this is where the tea phytochemicals benefit the drinkers.
sweetest smile some people think that tea causes teeth colouring. well, it occurs due to the sugar added in your tea. tea itself actually contains fluoride and tannins that may keep plaque at bay. drink sugarless tea and of course maintain your daily dental routine, you'll get a set of strong teeth and the most beautiful smile (^^,)
fight! tea may help to strengthen our immune system to thwart off the infection. researchers found that high immunity is gained following drinking tea. i wonder why my immune system still doesn't work to fight my flu?
antioxidant these days, there are abundant of free radicals lingering around us - due to pollutions, global warming and not to mention radicals develop within our body due to aging. so, tea contains polyphenols which possess the antioxidant property to work off the ravages of aging and protect our body from the pollution.
love your heart tea may help to smooth and clog-free your blood vessels from unwanted blood clots formed from cholesterol which subsequently can lead to heart attack and stroke.a study from Netherlands found a 70 percent lower risk of fatal heart attack in people who drank at least two to three cups of black tea daily compared to non-tea drinkers.
keep yourself hydrated tea contains caffein. since caffeine is a diuretic and makes you pee more, the thought was that caffeinated beverages couldn't contribute to our overall fluid requirement. recent research has shown that the caffeine really doesn't matter -- tea and other caffeinated beverages definitely contribute to our fluid needs. the only time the caffeine becomes a problem as far as fluid is concerned is when you drink more than five or six cups of a caffeinated beverage at one time. so don't overdrank it. a reminder for me
metabolism boosters tea can increase your metabolism. people tend to complain on slow metabolic rate which affect their ability to lose weight. it's not a problem for me. i need to gain weight. green tea has been shown to actually increase metabolic rate so that you can burn additional calories by drinking just five cups of green tea per day. of course, taking a 15-minute walk every day or hitting the shuttlecock with your racquets can also burn calories.
so, drink tea. it gives you endless happiness. enjoy every sip of it
--> nah, a cup of warm lemon tea for you. enjoy! \_/7
