since last two weeks, i accidentally turned into a 'Nescafe' addict. i wish i could avoid it but there's nothing else that can awaken me to revise at the eleventh hour for the final exam. two more papers to go. the caffein in the nescafe never failed to activate my small eyes for the readings. syukur alhamdulillah. looking back in the past, i've tried my best to avoid from being caffeinated in order to prevent the bone resorption of mine (*caffein in the coffee binds to calcium, therefore the normal process of bone formation could't be done due to the calcium deficiency in our body). less bone resorption means less tendency to be osteoporotic (a person who suffers osteoporosis). i don't want to have those kyphosis and lordosis structures - never. i don’t want to take drugs for the treatment i.e. alendronate, calcitonin, raloxifene to name a few due to their harsh side effects (i have the A-to-J list of their side effects). however, for the time being i put those aside and simply quaff the nescafe b.i.d.too bad, huh? (you still can drink coffee or tea but moderately)
meanwhile, i keep reminding myself to consume calcium, sufficiently; from any sources including milk, spinach, and soybeans and of course the toothsome ice cream! is it reasonable and a proper way to keep me awake? any other alternatives? anyone ? enough coffee for the day (*_*)

you can try exercise in the evening for 15min, sleep 20min at the noon.

aku ada masa speacific untuk mesti tido pada waktu malam, masa tu sebenarnya tak lama. dapat past masa tu, iA akan segar untuk masa masa berikutnya.
