Saya berikrar menyumbangkan kehidupan profesional saya melalui profesion Farmasi demi perkhidmatan kepada insan melebihi sebarang kepentingan.

Saya akan memberi pertimbangan utama kepada kebajikan pesakit serta pembebasan insan daripada penderitaan melalui terapi drug yang optimum dan penjagaan farmaseutikal yang terbaik.

Saya akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepakaran penjagaan farmaseutikal yang terkini dengan sepenuhnya dalam memberi perkhidmatan kesihatan kepada masyarakat umum serta para profesional kesihatan lain.

Saya akan dengan sedaya upaya melengkapkan diri dengan ilmu sejajar dengan perkembangan semasa serta senantiasa mengekalkan kecekapan profesional.

Saya akan mengekalkan moral dan tingkah laku beretika yang tinggi tahapnya dengan sempurna.

Saya akan mematuhi undang-undang yang mengawal pelaksanaan profesion Farmasi dan akan menyokong penguatkuasaan undang-undang tersebut.

Saya berikrar secara sukarela dengan penuh kesedaran bahawa saya telah diberi kepercayaan dan dipertanggungjawabkan oleh rakyat Malaysia

OATH OF A PHARMACIST

I vow to devote my professional life to the service of all humankind through the profession of Pharmacy above other considerations.

I will consider the welfare of humanity and relief of human suffering through optimal drug therapy and the best pharmaceutical care.

I will keep abreast of developments and the latest pharmaceutical care to assure the best care to the community and other healthcare providers.

Ishall strive to perfect and enlarge my knowledge to contribute to the advancement of pharmacy profession.

I will maintain the highest principles of moral, ethical and legal conduct.

May I prosper and live long in favor as I keep and hold to this oath and
support the professional law

I take these vows voluntarily with full realization of the responsibility with which I am entrusted by the people of Malaysia.

i'll remember today as one of the best days in my life. after being almost 4 years struggling so hard, i'll be one of the contributers to the people especially the one who really needs it. i was truly motivated by Prof Zul's speech. our VC always knows how to use the right words to motivate us. the best part is he was the former dean of our beloved school and he is a pharmacist! way to go, Prof!!
