6th week of clerkship: cardiology ward

hmm i don't like cardiac cases. always complicated. but still i don't have any other choices. by hook or by crook, i need to master the medications commonly prescribed. for the sake of the patient. ye sarah, you should put aside your feelings. don't be so selfish. (~.~)

this week, i clerked a case on unstable angina. a chinese uncle from perak. pity him. there's a list of drugs that being prescribed for him which i don't have any interests to write them all here. huhu. actually, my mind is not focusing 100% on the case. i shall say 50% of the brain cells are working actively for my coming viva voce presentation and other tasks to be settled down before study week. aish. somehow, i'm having a chest pain right now but it does not radiate to my left arm yet. i should be prescribed with the anti-anginal therapy. mesti bersabar ok!

conclusion from the hospital visit --> Jagalah Jantung anda. mesti bersenam dan jaga makanan. hmm, a reminder for me.

to do before study week:
1. VIVA VOCE!! (*_*)
2. community pharmacy assignment. sikit lagi je nak siap.
3. report clerkship. prof yahaya wants it to be submitted asap.oohh!!
4. buletin for baksis. mai, we have to work on it!
5. jamuan dengan adik2 usrah. kak sarah busy la sekarang, sis. nanti kita picnic sama-sama di minden k! (^^,)
6. hal yang boleh datang secara tiba-tiba.
